The space Casa Flavia, located in the historical center of the medieval town of Orvieto, is an independent apartment composed by kitchen, dining-living room with TV and sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, a wide bedroom with a king size bed and one single bed (on request, it's possible to add one supplementary bed) and a large terrace which overlooks the gardens. Nearby the apartment, which is just 10 meters from the Main Street, it's easy to find restaurants, wine bars and typical italian inns and hostarias, cafes and any kind of shops. By 5 minutes walk you can reach all the town's main attractions, like the Duomo (200 mt), Mancinelli Theatre (100mt) and St.Patrick's Well (250 mt). Windows are high as the ceilings. The whole apartment is very bright. The living room is large and it contains a wide sofa-king size bed. Guest access All apartment and terrace is for Your personal use. During your stay You can call me during Your stay for any need and if You like to visit something nearby (Wineries, lake...etc..) Other things to note Please remind that on the fare all taxes are included except "Local tourism tax" that is 2,20 EUR/day per each person elder than 12 y.o.
