The space The newly furnished 3rd floor apartment includes two bedrooms (accessible via separate stairs), a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower (93 sq meters/1000 sq ft). A free parking spot and WiFi are included; a washing machine and dryer are available upon request. We have multiple apartments in this and a nearby building. If you have more than four guests in your party, please contact us for availability. Guest access The apartment will be fully and exclusively available to you. The staircase is shared with one more apartment. Climbing stairs is required. Other things to note We have a parking spot for one car in a gated area available for each of our apartments.
