The Coach House, luxury near York with EV charging

Autumn in the air! Enjoy luxury accommodation in a desirable location near York, Harrogate and Castle Howard. Our converted barn in landscaped gardens, has two double bedrooms, the main having cast iron free standing bath. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. The open plan kitchen and living space is an ideal living area, with another quiet sitting room on the first floor overlooking the gardens, our house being adjacent. We also have a 7kW EV charging point The space The Coach House has an open plan ground floor, with dining area and breakfast bar, the lounge area has a 60 inch TV with freesat and streaming capability. Two large sofas. There is a downstairs w.c. Upstairs is a further quiet sitting room, and the two bedrooms and main bathroom. There are several outdoor seating areas for alfresco dining or relaxing. We have plenty of car parking, parking for one car on the drive and then street parking and a 7kW Electric Vehicle charging point (we recommend bringing your own charging cables). Alne is a lovely quiet North Yorkshire village but close to all the main attractions of York, Harrogate, the Coast, North York Moors and so on. Children Safety:- There is an open spiral stair case leading to the bedrooms, please see pictures, (caution for smaller children). There is also a Juliet balcony which is lockable by key. We have a trampoline in our garden which can be used by children aged 3+ but must be supervised by an adult. Adults cannot use the trampoline due to our insurance policy. Please be aware we have a security camera on our driveway looking at the cars and drive/gate only. Guest access The Coach House has its own private courtyard and patio with garden furniture, and an outside dining area in a covered gazebo with sunshades. Other things to note There is ample off road parking space in front of The Coach House, we have space for one car on the drive way and if you have more than one car there is more space 20 yards away on the main village street which is extremely quiet and very safe. We have a 7 kW Electric Vehicle charging point (we recommend you bring your own charging cables). We can provide travel cot, stair gate and high chair if needed. We have a trampoline in our garden which can only be used by children over 3 and must be supervised by an adult. Adults cannot use the trampoline due to our insurance policy. We do not accept hen or stag parties as we are in a quiet rural location.
