The space The farmhouse and the annex are unique for their simplicity but also for the refinement of the details. Both buildings are made of stone with Umbrian terracotta floors. The main farmhouse has ceilings with exposed chestnut wood beams, on two floors: on the ground floor a large living room with dining area and two fireplaces, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, guests will find three double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) and one with an ensuite bathroom with a tub and a bathroom on the floor with a stone shower. Around the farmhouse is a large patio with a table and garden armchairs for relaxing with views of the Todi hills. The annex, a few meters from the farmhouse, consists of a living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. The property is completely surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and a wooded area. The property includes a swimming pool (5m x 10m), a BBQ area with gazebo and a soccer field. Guest access Guests will have the entire property at their disposal and will not have to share their space with anyone. For bookings of up to six guests, the annex will remain closed and cannot be used. Tranquility and privacy are a value of the farmhouse.
