Other things to note • This is a hobby farm with friendly animals, not a working farm. • For your security, two external security cameras are installed. One overlooks the driveway and the other faces the front paddock. Both point away from the house and all private guest areas to ensure your privacy. • Please be aware that beyond the fenced backyard, there are unfenced natural water features on the property, including a creek and a dam. • Access to the home's entrance requires climbing a short flight of 3 stairs to get onto the deck.
