Cozy wooden Chalet on the water

Superb cottage/chalet by the water. Located on the Ganzendiep, on a side branch of the IJssel. 15 minutes by bike from Kampen station, and half an hour by boat via the Ganzensluis van Kampen. Or the other way to the Black Lake and Genemuiden. Midden in the IJsseldelta National Landscape. You can go hiking , cycling , fishing (fish)boat available here, or just relax. Private jetty available. Suitable for families / families up to 6 people. Also for the adventurous vacation. The space Layout : entrance , room with kitchen, sofa set for Five people, lounge sofa, furry chair, dining room table that offers space for eight people, wood-burning stove for extra warmth and comfort, underfloor heating for cozy basic heat, behind the sliding door a toilet with shower, sink with illuminated mirrors, to the left of the shower a double bedroom, to the right of the shower two bunk beds and above four sleeping places. Television, radio, air conditioning, screens for all turning windows are provided. An electric oven and electric hob are available in the kitchen. In the shed, a washer and drier. In short , with all comforts. As an additional amenity, you will see a residential park in your own entrance harbor in the foreground. Here you can sit by the waterfront in the evening. For an additional fee, the residential park can be rented as a guesthouse. There is room for two extra guests here. Includes additional toilet and additional shower. Guest access You have access to all rooms in the house, the shed for washing machine and dryer, the roof for the BBQ and smoke oven and possibly the associated residential park in the entrance harbor to relax on the waterfront. Of course, you can simply use the three available refrigerators. There is also a boat with outboard motor for the fishermen or explorers among you. The cottage is equipped with 27 solar panels, and therefore does not have a gas connection. Due to the solar panels, the cottage is super environmentally friendly. Other things to note In winter, the floodplains around the Ganzendiep can sometimes walk down, this gives a very spectacular view. It is however three years since the water has gotten so high. Because of the ball stiff at ramspol, the water almost never gets that high.
