Other things to note Please note the following before booking: For guests under the age of 18, a signed parental consent letter and passport copy of the parent(s) are required. In such cases, the host may also request a refundable security deposit. We kindly ask you to send us passport photos of all adult guests for registration purposes. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly not allowed inside the property. You may smoke outside in designated areas only (e.g., balcony). A penalty fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Please take out the trash before check-out and leave the kitchen in a tidy condition. No pets allowed. Do not move furniture or outdoor items without prior consent. Please keep all doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is on. This helps maintain the temperature and ensures the system works efficiently. Loss or damage of keys, towels, or remote controls may result in additional charges. Respect check-in/check-out times (late check-out only upon availability and prior approval).
