The space The apartment is located on the upper floor (attic level) of a well-kept house and can be accessed via a staircase. There are three holiday apartments in the house in total – two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The apartment features a bright, open-plan living and dining area with large windows offering wide views of the inland lake, Burgstaaken and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The living area includes a sofa, reading chair, Smart TV and dining table. The compact kitchenette is functionally equipped and suitable for preparing simple meals. The apartment has been renovated overall; the kitchenette meets a functional standard. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed as well as insect screens and blackout blinds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. A carport parking space is included. Bicycles can be stored in the bike shed or on the bicycle racks located outside the house. Guest access Guests have the apartment entirely to themselves during their stay. Access is via a key safe, allowing flexible self check-in from 4 pm. Further check-in details will be provided shortly before arrival. A free carport parking space is included. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the bike shed or on the bicycle racks outside the house. Other things to note This apartment is intended for adults only and is not suitable for children or pets. This is due to the open staircase in the building, which is not designed to be child-safe, as well as the general focus of the apartment on peace and relaxation.
