Rent the entire cottage with a total of five bedrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet) and a large common area. In the garden there is an outdoor seating area and a stone terrace with a fireplace and a barbecue grill. The garden gradually slopes down to the riverbed (freely accessible). Outdoor relaxation is possible in the USSPA outdoor wellness hot tub for 7 people. Private parking for up to 7 cars is located right next to the cottage. The ski bus stop is right next to the cottage. The space The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a Nescafe coffee maker. The ground floor has an area of about 120m2 and has two separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and toilet), a living room and an open kitchen and a large hallway which has a dryer for ski boots and is also used to store skis. The lower floor with an area of about 60m2 of living space has three separate rooms (each with its own bathroom and toilet). The middle room is passable due to the passage to the back room - alternatively, the garden entrance can also be used and the room then does not need to be passed (the rooms have a common hallway). Skis and bicycles can also be stored in the basement. Other things to note Electricity consumption must be added to the price. We collect a deposit of 300,- per day, which will be charged against the actual consumption according to the electricity meter reading and the valid price list of the supplier - ČEZ a.s. - currently CZK 8,- for each kWh. Furthermore, it is necessary to pay a recreational fee of CZK 20,- per adult/night. In the case of using a hot tub, there is a one-time fee of CZK 1500 for changing the water and preheating the water to 39 degrees before arrival. The house is heated either by an electric boiler (you pay for electricity) or it is possible to heat it with a pellet boiler (much more economical), then it is necessary to add CZK 800 for each night (for fuel and handling).
