The garden has an outdoor seating area and a stone patio with a fire pit and barbecue grill. The garden gradually slopes up to the riverbed (freely accessible). Outdoor relaxation is possible in the USSPA outdoor wellness hot tub for 7 people. Private parking for up to 7 cars is located next to the cottage. The ski bus stop is right next to the cottage. The space The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a Nescafe coffee machine. The ground floor has an area of approximately 120m2, has two separate bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and toilet), a living room and an open kitchen and a large vestibule that has a ski boot dryer and also serves to store skis. The lower floor with an area of approx. 60m2 of living space has three separate rooms (each with its own bathroom and toilet). The middle room is through due to the passageway to the back room - or you can also use the garden entrance, and there is no need to walk through the room (rooms have shared doors). It is also possible to store skis and bicycles in the basement. Other things to note Electricity consumption is required to be added to the price. We collect a deposit of 300,- per day, with the fact that it will be charged on departure against the actual consumption according to the reading from the electricity meter and the valid price list of the supplier - ČEZ a.s. - currently CZK 8,- for each kWh. It is also necessary to pay a recreational fee CZK 20,- for each adult/night. If the hot tub is used, the one-time fee is CZK 1500 to replace the water and preheat the water before arrival to 39 degrees. The house is heated either by an electric boiler (you pay for electricity) or it is possible to heat the solid fuel boiler (significantly more economical), then it is necessary to add CZK700,- for each night (for fuel and handling).
