The Old Potting Shed close to the broads

Cottage set in 10 acres of parkland. Central to the Norfolk Broads , the coast and the city of Norwich is a 15 min drive away . Ideal for a couple (plus young child) or single person just wishing to get away. The cottage has a large living area with a sofa bed which is suitable for children. A tv and open plan kitchen, table and chairs . One bedroom, bathroom attached. Kitchen - Oven, fridge, microwave. 2 Parking spaces. The local Indian restaurant and pub are both within walking distance. The space You enter into the living area which is open plan to the kitchen. There is a door through to the bedroom and the bathroom is of the bedroom. Guest access All of the cottage and the extensive gardens Other things to note We currently do not provide bath towels. We do provide a basket of logs and kindling throughout the winter months. Please advise if you require use of the sofa bed. Please note no charging off electric vehicles without prior consent and agreement on additional charges. We have two friendly Labrador dogs who may come and say hello.
