Description
Honeysuckle cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. It was built in the mid 1800's and was once a farmer’s cottage. Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach. Village has 2 pubs serving food, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and a local Co-op and garage. The space Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining room with spiral staircase, living room with two sofas and TV, bathroom with slipper bath and separate shower and utility area with dishwasher and washer dryer. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet. Outside there is a driveway and an enclosed sun trap garden with two ponds. Guest access You will have use of the whole house and garden. Only the locked cabin in the rear of the garden and the attic are unavailable. The cabin may be occupied during your stay but it has a separate access and so this does not affect the use of the cottage or garden. Other things to note There is a drive for one car (or two small cars) and street parking outside the cottage.
