The room is our son's former youth room. The area has its own entrance. There is a separate bathroom just for you. In the room there is a double bed (180 x 200) and a fold-out armchair as an additional sleeping option, e.g. for children. We are non-smokers and would like no smoking in the apartment. It's a private home. We're not professional landlords or a hotel. The space The room is very quiet facing the garden. The exterior blinds can be completely darkened, so you can sleep well, calmly and relaxed. A bottle of water is always available for your refreshment. For the morning coffee, there is a small coffee maker in your room. A small fridge and kettle are also available for you. We have stopped allowing pets, but we reserve the right to ask certain conditions, such as the size of your pet, and, if necessary, to refuse the overnight stay. Also, it is NOT allowed to let the pet sleep in bed! My office is also in this part of the house. Since I usually work remotely, I have to sneak through the hallway into the office in the morning. But I'm very quiet, I won't be bothered. Guest access Your room is located in a small apartment, separated from our area, with a hallway and a private bathroom, with shower, toilet and bidet. During your stay Each guest is allowed - should - be as he/she is. We like PEOPLE!! We are happy to exchange ideas, chat, answer questions, e.g. about the region, give tips, etc. As can be seen in the name of the listing and in some photos, I like to ride a motorcycle in my free time. As a trained and certified motorcycle tour guide, I like to offer joint motorcycle tours through our beautiful Weserbergland. If you feel like a joint tour - without having to look for beautiful routes and destinations in the WBL - just talk to me. If you want your peace and quiet, just sleep and relax after the trip or day at work, you are just as right with us. The house, the room and mostly also the neighbors ;-) are very quiet. We look forward to seeing you! Other things to note We live in the house ourselves. We are NOT a hotel or professional landlords. An area in our house that we - following the original idea of Airbnb - make available to travelers for a relatively small price.
