Situated in the heart of a 110 acre cattle farm just 1.45 hours' drive from both Sydney and Canberra, Beltane Cottage invites you to unwind as you take in the spectacular panoramic rural views this charming farm cottage has to offer. The cottage accommodates up to four people. The space Once a farm manager's residence, Beltane Cottage has been recently renovated, revitalising the cottage's old worldly charm. The cottage features: two bedrooms both with a queen bed cozy combined living and dining room with a log fireplace well appointed new kitchen with a dishwasher (kitchen staples provided including olive oil, tea/instant coffee, milk popper, salt and pepper) bathroom (with the shower head over the bath, shampoo and conditioner, soap and hair dryer) and separate toilet room well appointed laundry with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack. All linen provided. Other facilities include a smart tv, electric heaters in the bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, Webber gas BBQ, board games and playing cards, and high chair and cot on request. There is also a table tennis court in the woolshed. The cottage is easily accessible being just a few minutes' drive from the Hume Highway. The cottage is conveniently located just a short 15 minute drive away from many of the picturesque and historic villages and towns in the Southern Highlands including Berrima, Exeter, Moss Vale and Bundanoon. Bowral and Mittagong are a 25 minute drive away. The Southern Highlands offers an array of restaurants, wineries, galleries, boutique shops and outdoor adventures to explore.
