The cottage is equipped with a ground fault circuit breaker. We produce our own electricity with solar panels, 104 m2, on the log roof. - We speak English and German. Timrå Golf Course is about 5 km away. For sunbathing and swimming, there is a sandy beach in the delta within walking distance. We are 10 minutes by car to Birsta, Northern Europe's largest shopping center. We have beautiful hiking & cycling areas on Åstön about 20 minutes drive out to Tynderö with nice swimming coves and beautiful cliffs.
