Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food. So, please expect the odd cow or sheep noise and occasionally the 'smell' of the countryside. We have 4 dogs - so be expected to be welcomed by a rapturous amount of barking. We are on site for the majority of the time - so it you need anything at all - please ask. No bookings will be taken for guests to quarantine in our space. Other things to note We live down a single track road, that is gated. There are no street lights. The train line is fairly close to the property - but ear plugs are supplied.
