The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night. The space Reclaimed wood and brass fittings accompanied with luxury fabrics make this bespoke space a comfortable base for your Hampshire countryside retreat. We have an outdoor log burner. To give you the warmth and pleasure of an outdoor fire without the nuisance of the smoke. Farm eggs are provided for the first breakfast of your stay and fresh coffee, that has been roasted on a neighbouring farm. (Please not that we don’t provide milk due to varying dietary requirements) Bedding, towels and organic soaps are provided for your stay, along with a complimentary local aperitif. This welcoming & light space includes; Small Kitchenette with oven, microwave, kettle and fridge/freezer. Breakfast bar with stools, makes a great workspace. Wifi and central heating throughout. Netflix and freeview TV. Outside deck with furniture & log burner, perfect for al fresco dining and drinks. Located next to our small private grass air strip and surrounded by Arable fields and wildflower meadow. The Farley Hangar is a stand alone space so you will not be disturbed by neighbours, only the local owl. Please note this is not the place for you if you want Uber and deliveries. It is however the antidote to modern hectic life. Other things to note Please note 'The Hangar' gets its name as it is located next to our private air strip. On a rare occasion you may have light aircraft taking off, but it is not a busy commercial site.
