Peaceful Room at Lofthouse Cottage

Beautiful, newly decorated terraced cottage situated in Lofthouse, Wakefield with great access to the motorways and train station with only a 9 minute journey into Leeds. There is safe off-street parking. The guest room has been newly decorated and has a brand new orthopedic mattress. There is both hanging space and drawer storage for clothes as well as mirrors and a hair dryer. We provide Wi-Fi, towels, bedding and a selection of teas, coffee, milk and sugar. Smoke free home. The space Freshly decorated and furnished double room with storage and hanging rail. Wi-Fi available throughout house and garden. There are several plug points in the room, and radiators are connected to central heating (if the temperature isn't right for you, just let us know). All bedding is fresh for every stay, including towels and bath mat. The room can be locked. The house has recently been renovated and decorated. The living room boasts an original brick fireplace with a wood burner installed. We like our guests to feel at home so they are more than welcome to use the kitchen and living room. The garden is a beautiful sun trap until around 3 pm. There is a bistro set perfect for dinner in the garden. There are also loungers in the shed which are there to use as you wish. The space is very private, and we do stay out of the way as much as possible to give guests their own space, but we are there should you have any questions. Guest access We prefer guests to check in between 3pm and 10pm and check out by 10am. If your check-in/out times differ, please ask, and we will accommodate where possible. Free parking on the private road or on the main road. Please do not park directly in front of neighboring houses and make sure others can get past easily. Guests have full access to the kitchen. You may use the cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. You may use the dishwasher and also store food in the fridge or freezer. During your stay We will usually be there to welcome you and can give advice about local attractions, including pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops. We give guests as much space as possible. If you need any assistance or something doesn't meet your needs, we will try to put this right as best we can. The best way to contact us outside of the cottage is via the Airbnb app or to call the mobile number where we can respond as soon as possible.
