Private, rural cottage with hottub near the coast.

Situated at the end of a private country track, opposite the village cricket pitch and only two minutes walk away from a lovely country pub. The Wickets has a large secluded garden and log fired Scandi hot tub. The perfect location for local beaches and countryside walks. The cottage is based on our property but has its own private garden and entrance. Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25. The property has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 small children or one extra adult. The space The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and microwave. There is an en-suite bedroom with a comfy kingsize bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, suitable for two small children or one adult. Up to two dogs are welcome to stay, at an extra cleaning charge of £25. The beach is 5 minute drive away, the local pub is a 2 minute walk. Deal, with its cool boutiques and cafes, is a 15 minute drive or 10 minutes on the train (Martin Mill station is a 10 minute walk away). Guest access Private garden, driveway and decking area. Other things to note Please note that the sofa bed is only suitable for two small children or one adult. The cottage is not really suitable for 4 adults as the bathroom is en-suite to the bedroom. The hot tub is chemical free so will get cloudy after a few uses. If you are staying more than a few days and would like it emptied, re filled and heated, this will take around 4 hours. So please let us know the day before. You WILL need to know how to light and maintain a fire to use the hot tub. We will light it for you on the day of your arrival. But you will need to keep the fire going once you get here to get the tub hot. (It takes around 3 hours to get to temperature.) Please do not charge your electric vehicle at our property. We have the village cricket pitch on the other side of the field. They have a licensed bar, so some social noise can be heard on match days in the summer.
