Charming place with easy access to Edinburgh

My home is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat on a quiet residential street in Gorebridge, a town with good train and bus links to Edinburgh and the Borders. There is on street parking. The bedroom has 2 single beds, table and chair suitable for laptop working and ample storage space. A kettle and tea/coffee are provided. The bathroom has a shower, towels are provided. There is a large garden with eating area which guests are welcome to use. A keysafe entry system allows for easy access. The space I'm on a quiet residential street with on street parking. My home is calm and relaxed. Guest access Whilst you are in my house you are welcome to use the kitchen facilities to prepare light meals. I will make some space available in my fridge. Breakfast is offered until 10. My garden is also a place for quiet relaxation which I am happy for guests to enjoy. Please note that I do not have capacity to store luggage before check in time of after check out time. During your stay I will be staying in my house and will greet you and hopefully be able to give you any information you need as well as providing breakfast. You will be free to come and go as you please using a keysafe system for security. Other things to note There is a beehive in my garden.
