Close to hiking trails, the opportunity to spend a weekend or a week in peace with friends and visit the Perche Natural Park, its forests, flea markets, villages and manors. The space The accommodation: on the ground floor: 1 large living room with wood stove in the fireplace, dining room with pellet stove, 1 TV lounge, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds / 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed / 1 small bedroom with 1 140 cm bed Surcharges to be paid on site: - pellet heating + electricity: €10 per day (September to May) - sheets and towels: €10 per room. Guest access You have access to the whole house. Other things to note The house is not recommended for very young children as it is heated with a pellet stove and a wood stove and there are stairs.
