“The Cottage”- Mentmore/Crafton

Delightful 2story 3 bedroom cottage... modern with a cozy feel. You have 3 parking spaces all on our large gated family compound.Our home is adjacent to the cottage so were always around if you need anything. Enjoy sitting outside the small herb garden patio & grilling your favourites while catching up with friends, "The Cottage"is nestled between the beautiful Buckingham villages of Mentmore and Crafton , easy access to local villages & towns/trains to London (29 minutes from Leighton Buzzard) The space The cottage is lovely and well equipped for your stay. It is a NON SMOKING property (You are also responsible for your guests) so we do ask everyone to take a nice stroll down the lane outside our gates to smoke. We have slippers for everyone as we ask for no shoes inside. We have many bridal paths around for hiking and there is a picnic basket for you to take on a day out. Our home is adjacent to the cottage and our own private yard is on the backside and we ask everyone to kindly respect our private yard. We want everyone to have a fabulous time in the cottage we also have a local lady that does fabulous afternoon teas and can deliver and we are always happy to receive any food delivery’s before your arrival and if its a special occasion or celebration I’m happy to help. Guest access You will have your own gate access remote to come and go You will also have ample parking so if you have friends or family visiting they will also have gated private parking. Other things to note We do not allow pets inside nor visiting pets however we have a big chocolate lab and he will move out of the cars way as he tends to get in the way, we also ask you not to feed him nor let him inside the cottage.
