Apartment 13 This beautiful 2-room apartment has a living area of about 38 m² and is located on the ground floor of the rear house with a furnished terrace to the south. The bright, friendly living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, a mini stereo system with CD player and a dining table suitable for the number of people in the apartment. The harmoniously integrated kitchenette in the living area is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and enough space for your wardrobe as well as a modern bathroom with shower/toilet and a hairdryer. All floors are either tiled or equipped with a modern small laminate in wood look. An internet connection via Wi-Fi is available in the apartment!
