Situated in the peaceful Warwickshire village of Ufton, with easy transport links to the M40, this lovely property, attached to old farm buildings and adjacent to the owner's property, is tucked away from the quiet lane and is the perfect location for guests wishing to explore the heart of England at its best. Charming grade 2 listed farm building, former home to farm animals. NO GATHERINGS,EXTRA GUESTS, VISITORS, CHILDREN OR PETS PERMITTED ON SITE AT ANY TIME. The space Ground floor: Large, sunny open plan living room/dining room/kitchen with tiled floor. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 1 double bedroom with king-size bed and beams, sloping ceiling and Velux windows to two elevations. There is a wealth of exposed beams which are a real feature of the property, however guests should be aware that there are low beams in the bedroom. Fiona's partner Carl is an astro photographer and his work is featured around the property. Carl has been published by BBC Sky at Night Magazine and Astronomy Now, and has been shortlisted for Astronomy Photographer of the Year. Gas central heating and electricity are included. Bed linen and towels are provided. Freeview TV Electric oven and hob. Microwave. Dishwasher. Freezer. Washing machine. Wi-fi - in poor weather this can fluctuate somewhat. Parking for 1 car or 2 on request. If guests wish to charge their electric car there is a plug point on the outside of the Cart Shed, there is a £25 per day charge for this. Information folder. There is an outside plug point next to the front door, electric cars can be charged at the rate of £25 per day. There is a garden for your use as shown in the photo. Other things to note Only guests on the original booking are permitted on site. No parties, gatherings, children or pets at the property at any time. Charging of an electric car from the standard outside plug socket is £25 per day.
