The space Our vacation home is the perfect place for your vacation in Brandenburg's nature – just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Scharmützelsee and about 70 km from the center of Berlin. The newly built house comprises two separate, almost identically equipped apartments, which have been lovingly and modernly furnished. Each apartment offers plenty of comfort, tranquility and space – ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together but still wanting to keep their privacy. Both apartments are located on the ground floor (only two small steps lead from the parking lot to the respective entrance door), have about 70 m² of living space and are equipped with underfloor heating. The well thought-out room layout offers: Two separate bedrooms: In each apartment there is a bedroom with a large bed (200 × 220 cm and 180 x 200 cm each) – in one apartment this is a comfortable waterbed, in the other a classic bed. The second bedroom in both apartments has two separate futon beds (90 × 200 cm). In addition, each apartment offers a sofa bed in the living area, on which one more person can sleep. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. If required, we will also be happy to provide you with a children's travel cot. A bright, spacious bathroom: Both bathrooms were built with high-quality materials and offer a real little wellness experience. They are equipped with a floor-level shower with a rain shower, two sinks, a large mirror, towel warmer and lots of light – ideal for relaxing mornings or quiet evenings after a day in nature. An open living, dining and kitchen area: The adjoining living area with a cozy sofa, LCD TV, armchair and freestanding wood fireplace invites you to linger. Board games and books are also available. The high-quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine (fully automatic) and everything you need to cook and enjoy. You can enjoy your meals together at the large dining table. Each apartment has its own ground-level terrace with a private, heated hot tub – perfect to end the day with a view of the countryside. In addition, a beautiful wooden sauna is available for shared use, as well as a wide, well-kept garden that offers plenty of space to relax, sunbathe or play. A private parking space is reserved for each apartment right in front of the house. The surroundings around Wendisch Rietz offer pure nature: Lake Scharmützelsee is only a walk away (approx. 15 minutes) away and invites you to swim, walk, cycle and go boating. Cafes, restaurants, a boat rental and small shops are within walking distance. The region also offers beautiful cycling and hiking trails through forests and fields – ideal for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet and active vacationers alike. Guest access Guests have full access to both fully equipped apartments, including both private terraces, each with its own hot tub. The spacious garden and the beautiful wooden sauna are exclusively available and invite you to relax in absolute privacy. The entire house and property is only used by you – ideal for families or friends who travel together and still want enough space for themselves. Other things to note Bed linens/towels are included. The use of the hot tub and sauna is also included. Sauna towels and infusion oil are available for you.
