Our property features two private, distinct homes spaced 40 meters (approx. 130 ft) apart for ultimate privacy. Our Beloved Home - Turdus Merula Retreat: This spacious 175 sq.m. (approx. 1,884 sq.ft.) ground-level villa offers a thoughtfully designed living experience: 3 Bedrooms: Includes a master suite with ensuite bathroom and king-size bed, plus two comfortable guest rooms each with two single beds. All bedrooms feature A+++ class AC, work desks, and blackout blinds. Expansive Open Living: A 100 sq.m. (approx. 1,076 sq.ft.) open-plan space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, dining area, main bathroom, and two sofa/bed seating areas. The entire area is air-conditioned. Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Surrounded by thermo-insulating safety glass panels with shades, this space transforms into a bright atrium, offering panoramic views of the lush garden and sparkling pool. Crafted for Serenity: Both interiors and the beautifully landscaped, fenced exterior (with ornamental, fruit, and vegetable plants) are designed with personal care, fostering an atmosphere of peace, calm, and security so inviting you may never want to leave. Guest access Please note: While Turdus Merula offers exceptional privacy, the beautiful outdoor spaces (garden, pool, and BBQ area) are shared with guests staying in the other distinct home on our estate. Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure everyone's tranquility, it's essential to observe the quiet hours, as set by Greek law: 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM. Privacy & Property Use: At Turdus Merula Retreat, we offer serene, private stays exclusively for our registered guests. To maintain this atmosphere, parties, gatherings, or use of the property by non-resident guests are not permitted at any time of day. Guest Count ("Our Beloved Home"): Our pricing for "Our Beloved Home" includes up to six (6) guests. We can accommodate two (2) additional guests, with an extra charge per person, per overnight stay.
