Once part of the village’s historic farm buildings, this charming barn has been thoughtfully converted into a stylish and comfortable retreat, blending traditional character with modern comforts. Other things to note For your convenience, there is a petrol station with an Asda just 4 miles along the A59 towards York, open late. Next to it, you’ll find Sweet Basil, a Thai/Chinese restaurant and takeaway, as well as a farm shop for fresh local produce. For larger grocery shops, Morrisons in Boroughbridge is a short drive away. We also have two small, friendly dogs who love to greet guests! They may be in the garden when you open the gates, so just be aware of their enthusiastic welcome. 😊
