VILLA DREAMS: Private heated pool: COMFORT!

VILLA DREAMS opened in July of 2,018. You will enjoy the heated pool with sunbeds. There are very nice extra spaces: extra reading room, comfortable additional toilet, covered porch and furnished solarium. You can walk around the golf course, the beach or the shopping center. The space Villa Dreams is new construction and we improved its facilities and dependencies before opening it in July of 2,018, so it is designed to enjoy it and spend a quiet holiday without missing details. This has been expressed by our first customers, who want to repeat, what we appreciate and makes us feel very proud. The house is completely independent, on one level and is located on a large plot containing all amenities, with furniture, furniture and high-end accessories. It has amplitude of different spaces to enjoy daily: Abroad: The private heated pool surrounded by hammocks, dining area and roofed relaxation area, full barbecue with sink and electric grilling iron, or on the terrace on the upper floor (accessed by large and comfortable exterior staircases) solarium furnished with a set of Balinese beds with a table. There is an outside toilet near the pool area that is comfortable and practical and contains a small medicine cabinet. The back of the house has a large space for children to play with complete peace of mind and security being supervised by parents from the kitchen. Inside: The entrance hall is very bright and gives access to the sleeping area (master bedroom on one side and the other two double bedrooms on the other side), as well as the living room and the kitchen. The dining room is very spacious, with sloping high ceiling and is equipped with a cheslong armchair with extendable armchairs for legs, two additional armchairs, large dining table and television 55'con wifi, decoder of original English channels, Astra satellite and DVD with music equipment. Next to the living room we find the beautiful and bright reading and / or relaxing lounge with two comfortable armchairs with footrests, floor lamp and direct access to the outdoor relaxation area, before reaching the pool. It has books in English, DVDs and games for children and adults. The kitchen is fully furnished, it is spacious and bright, with quality fittings and with access to the outside area and to the solarium, where the laundry area is. The master bedroom has a double bed, 42 'television with DVD and access to the Astra satellite channels, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe with safety box. It has a private bathroom with bidet, sink and shower with screen. The other two bedrooms have two single beds, a high-end silent fan, built-in wardrobes and a bedside table. There is a full bathroom shared by both bedrooms. Security: The house has 5 accesses to the outside so the emergency exit would always be easy. All the doors work with the same security key, which facilitates their use.
