🏡 Come and discover this charming little cottage, perfect for a stay for two, but can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. Compact but well thought out, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and shower room 📍The accommodation is located in a shared space with a future second cottage (currently under construction). Shared access (right of way) is provided, but everyone keeps their space and privacy. The space 🌿 Great location: • A stone's throw from the Greenway, perfect for your walking or cycling 🚲 Small room for storing bikes • Less than 30 min from Reims and Charleville-Mézières – convenient to discover the region • Quick access via nearby expressway • All shops, restaurants and essential services are just a few minutes away 🛏️ The gite is located on a property where a second gite is being renovated. There is a common access (right of way), but each has their own space. Cyclists can store their bikes in a small storage area on the property. Guest access 📍 Le Kiosque: a very small house, well thought out, comfortable, and perfectly located to discover the surroundings. (42 m2) 🧩 Coming soon: in about 2 months, a second gîte can be booked in addition (ideal for families/groups) or separately, according to your needs! Access to the cottage: From the highway (N51), take the Acy-Romance / Rethel Zone Industrielle exit. Then follow the direction Acy-Romance center. Other things to note 🛠️ Please note, in full transparency! The gîte is brand new (or almost ✨), but everything is not yet completely finished around it. A second gîte is being renovated next door: so there may be some discreet passages during the day, but no construction noise. Promise, no drills at 7 a.m. 😅 🌿 The exteriors are not yet finalized (terrace, garden finishes, etc.), but the interior of the Kiosk is ready to welcome you comfortably! 💰 Good news: to compensate for these small details in progress, the price has been adjusted downwards. The idea?
