Beautiful large rural villa, private pool and stunning mountain views

A beautiful 4/5 bedroom refurbished rustic family villa in a truly Spanish rural location but not remote. Less than a 5 min drive to the nearest town. The swimming pool area is totally private and the pool is 10 x 5m with plenty of comfy sun loungers. We have a childproof barrier that can be erected upon request to prevent small children entering the pool area. Cots and high chair also available. There is a charcoal Barbecue and the dining area is out of the sun and overlooks the swimming pool. A shaded 'Moroccan' sitting area is ideal for total relaxation, siestas and evening drinks! Free WiFi throughout. The views from the large front terrace are of breath taking mountains and it's own olive grove. On the front terrace there is a stone table and seating, ideal for breakfast al fresco or evening aperitifs as the sun goes down! There is a flat screen 40" satelliteTV, and DVD player in the lounge with a DVD library. The nearby Rambla is great for children to explore. The area is ideal for cycling and there are 4 bikes for your enjoyment and a set of golf clubs if you decide to play at one of the local courses. Numerous bars and restaurants can be found in the surrounding towns, villages and coastal fronts. The beach is gorgeous and is a scenic 25 minute drive through the mountains and there are many places of interest close by, such as Mojacar, Almeria, Murcia, Lorca and Granada. All within half an hour away are Golf courses, tennis, horse riding, go-karting, water park and caves. You will be greeted close by on arrival and taken to the house, by the lovely lady who looks after the house for us. Her local knowledge is also at your disposal. The rental price includes a welcome pack in case you arrive too late to go to the supermarket and a mid term clean if requested. All linen and towels, including beach and pool towels are provided. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. Golf: There are numerous golf courses in the surrounding areas. At least 2 or 3 within half an hours drive. One has a Spa attached so any member of your party can pamper themselves whilst the others play golf. Details upon request. Skiing: Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada about 2 and a half hours drive away. Families only. Sorry, no adult groups and we do not accept dogs. Travel: The house is approximately 1hr 30 from Alicante Airport, 1hr from Murcia on the new toll road and 1 hour from Almeria. Jet2, Ryan Air, Easy jet, and Thomson all fly to one or more of these destinations from the major UK airports. The house is easily accessible via the E15 / N7 motorway.
