The Finca Rustica La Pájara is an ideal place to find a few quiet days surrounded by nature. The house offers all the comforts of any home in a natural environment and with privileged views. It is located in the natural area called Barranco de la Montesina. The space The "La Pájara" Rural Estate is a natural environment nestled in the Paraje del Barranco de la Montesina, where we find mountain olive groves and mountains with native vegetation of the Natural Park of the Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas mountains that invites you to rest and enjoy the natural environment with peaceful corners and trails full of attractions. Two km from the house we will find the Guadalquivir River, a path that must be done on foot. It is a restored house dating from 1853 where you can enjoy porches, garden, pools and natural fountains. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and spacious bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, good mobile coverage and Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the house. Access to the property from the Linares-Albacete Highway is a paved county road, except for the last 500 meters of dirt road passable for cars in summer. Guest access The private areas for guests are the rental house, garden, parking, porch and pool. It is a closed and independent enclosure. Other things to note It is important to know that the water in the house is not potable. You must bring bottled water.
