YOU CAN EVEN RENT A BIKE (ASK AT THE SECURITY BOOTH). DRIVE 45 MINUTES AND YOU WILL GET TO PUERTO VALLARTA DOWTOWN, FOR SHOPPING AND LOTS OF ACTIVITIES EITHER DAY OR NIGHT. THE ESTUDIO HAS AIR CONDITIONED. KING SIZE BED AND KING SIZE SOFA-BED. 1 BATH WITH SHOWER. Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas in the ARIA OCEAN development, including 3 pools (one literally on the beach, with water heater). There is a restaurant in the pool area for breakfast and lunch, with room service. One parking space on the parking lot for guests, a gorgeous endless beach. Security 24/7. To avoid moisture stains on the upholstery, guests are kindly and strongly requested not to sit on the sofa bed while wearing wet clothing (from the pool, the ocean, or due to perspiration). Chlorine and sea salt can stain fabrics, and removing such stains requires professional cleaning services, which will be charged to the guest. We hope you will understand.
