Manor Farm is perfect for enjoying family nights in or as a starting base to explore The Cotswolds. The area is popular for walks of all abilities and with the property located at the foot of Bredon Hill, you can enjoy wonderful countryside walks from the moment you step outside. If you would prefer to stay closer to home the private garden is beautifully landscaped with a seating area, barbecue and fantastic rural views. Manor Farm welcomes two well behaved dogs. Inside, you will find every room has been carefully thought out to create an inviting and warm atmosphere. On the ground floor you can make use of two cosy sittings rooms featuring original beams, ample dining space and a well-equipped farmhouse kitchen. Manor Farm boasts an AGA, underfloor heating and three wood burning stoves making this a perfect, cosy winter retreat. The sleeping arrangements are completely flexible with all five bedrooms featuring 6’ super-king size zip and link beds, which can be converted to 3’ singles on request. Four bedrooms can be found on the first floor, while the fifth bedroom is located up a steep staircase to the second floor attic and benefits from amazing views and plenty of original quirks including low beams and uneven floors. A short drive from the property there are a great number of activities and attractions making ideal days out. Recommended visits to picturesque towns and villages nearby, offering historic insights and a bounty of boutiques, antiques shops, cafés and restaurants. There are a host of attractions within a short drive including historic houses, gardens, museums and animal parks. The picturesque Cotswold towns and villages are not to be missed with their honey coloured cottages, boutiques, antiques shops, cafes and restaurants. Cheltenham Racecourse is 20 minutes away. Private Catering is available on request. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the farmhouse for your stay. There is private off road parking for 3 cars ( 4 cars if you are happy to be blocked in). Other things to note Dogs - This is a wonderful area for dogs as there are miles of walks straight from the door and most of the pubs are dog friendly. You are very welcome to bring up to two well behaved dogs with you. We do ask that he/she be kept overnight in the utility area (which has underfloor heating). We respectfully ask that they are kept out of bedrooms and not allowed to sit of the sofas and chairs. The garden is enclosed but it is not fully dog proof for very small dogs as there may be holes in the box hedge. Please do not leave them in the garden unattended in case they escape. Also, when outside in the fields around the house, your dog must be kept at all times on its lead, and any dog poo in the garden area must be cleared up and put in the black wheelie bin please. There is a pet fee of £35. We are thrilled to be have been awarded a Four Star Gold Award by Visit England. We are sorry but we do not accept bookings for Hen or Stag parties. We do allow extra unnamed visitors staying in the farmhouse. If you need further accommodation we have other holiday homes located on the farm and near by including....
