This apartment has been a guest house since April 25, 2018... This vacation spot is a modern apartment with a nice accent of the old farm. Everything is available to enjoy your stay! We have a large garden with garden furniture, a hammock, fruit trees and a petan petanque court. Discover the picturesque city of Lier, whose city center is only 2 kilometers away. Go there on foot or by bike, along the Nete. The space Come into our apartment. In the entrance hall, you can hang your coat on the coat rack and place your shoes in the shoe rack. Walk on to the living area. Here you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen, a sitting and living area with beautiful views of the very large garden. There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own sink. In one of the bedrooms, you can either lie next to each other, or you can separate the beds. In the other bedroom, there are 2 single beds. Enjoy the healthy air on your private terrace (just behind the house) or on the (communal) sun terrace at the back of the garden. Guest access The garden is shared with residents of another vacation home we have. But the garden is big enough! Other things to note No breakfast is served. Bedding, towels and soap are also not included in the price. You have to take care of this yourself or you can rent it (at a fair price). Energy consumption is included. On the first floor, other guests (may) also be staying. You will have to share the large garden with them. But you do have a private terrace!
