Self Contained peaceful annexe "Little Chilterns"

A warm & friendly welcome awaits you in Little Chilterns. Overlooking our garden in a pretty & peaceful village. Annexe gives cosy home comforts plus little extras to spoil you! Sitting room is a relaxing place that gets afternoon. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely shower room. Double aspect bedroom. Deep cleaned after each guest with supplies for guests to use. From your front door you have your own secluded patio.. Appeals to those wanting peace & quiet in a home from home atmosphere. The space The very peaceful secluded location gives a chance to unwind. Sitting room has large corner glass patio door overlooking our garden. Double aspect bedroom with view of garden and field. Lovely bathroom with use of toiletries. A fully equipped kitchen. Electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker. Pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses. Own private entrance. Key safe. With loads of homely extras too. PATIO AREA WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS ... JUST A FEW STEPS OUT FROM THE FRONT DOOR AND ONTO YOUR OWN SECLUDED AREA. The decking outside annexe sitting room is not for guests. (sorry!) You do have a private patio to enjoy. PLEASE NOTE: the annexe is used by us when we do not have any guests ... so some cupboards and drawers are in use. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE INSIDE.. thank you. ALSO ...N.B. this is a very peaceful area. It suits those who enjoy the quieter side of life ..... walkers, artists, writers, birdwatchers, wedding guests, female guests travelling alone, visiting family and friends, seeking out historic local areas etc. THERE ARE NO SHOPS OR PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN VILLAGE. but we do have a gorgeous pub The Swan. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE ANNEXE PLEASE. N.B. Throughly cleaned after every stay. Guest access The approach lane is a private road and not tarmacadum. From our drive guests take a short path between our bungalow and fence, across a patio which is all on the flat to Little Chilterns front door, one step up. Usually space for one car on our drive. There is a Key Safe for guests to access front door. Host's garden is not available to guests ....there is a lovely private patio for you outside the annexe. Other things to note We have a very friendly dog, also bantam hens that roam the garden, therefore front gate must be kept CLOSED at all times. There is hook to secure gate next to the bushes at the side. . If you would like a full English breakfast please order day before. Cereal, bread and butter along with tea and coffee will left for you, please say if you have soya or oat milk. Lunches and evening meals can be ordered in advance. Please park infront of window on far right as you come in the drive. N.B. The guests have their own private patio ... hosts garden is not available to guests.
