Our wooden villa/chalet, built with residential quality, is immersed in the nature of the Serre Regional Park, in Calabria. On the ground floor (65 sqm), kitchen + living room + bathroom; upstairs (65 sqm) THREE bedrooms (available on request) + bathroom. Balcony (16 sqm). Large outdoor spaces: courtyard, patio (200 sqm) with lake view, WWF oasis, and views of the Serre Mountains.  It is 10 minutes from the sea of the beautiful Pizzo (VV). Easily accessible towns (6-12 km). The space The vacation we offer is aimed at those who love a "full immersion" experience in the countryside, among trees and unspoiled nature. On site, you can enjoy absolute tranquility, away from the town, for an almost "wild" experience amid the fauna species of LAKE ANGITOLA, WWF OASIS. From the house, you can practice bird watching due to the presence of migratory birds and occasional observation of other wild animals. Vacationing will be an experience of life and meditation with only the sounds of nature, among the walls scented by the woody essence of the structure. In the courtyard, you can lie on a natural terrace overlooking the lake, amid the olive trees of our property. In the immediate surroundings, you can take advantage of the restaurant services of some farmhouses, savoring the famous flavors of Calabria. Visits to Pizzo or Tropea allow you to enjoy the most famous landscapes, beaches and architecture of Calabria. The absence of electromagnetic contamination and the absolute purity and scents of the air make the living experience an opportunity for holistic healing, to regain the well-being of spirit, soul and body. Guest access Our property is accessed through a private gate, along a 300-meter interpower road with an entrance ramp. The road is partly paved and partly unpaved. Cars with particularly low sports suspension may have difficulty accessing. After 300 meters, you reach the entrance gate in the courtyard with private parking. All the spaces shown in the photos will be fully available, based on the group's needs. Other things to note The geographical location is central to the most visited destinations in Calabria.
