The villa has a separate living room with huge smart TV and a dining room with large table right next to it. There is a spacious fully eqquiped kitchen to the most modern standards with dining table and a games room with pool table, old-school arcade game machine with various games and plenty of seating space to relax and enjoy. And if the inside space is not inviting enough, the house comes with several spacious terraces connected to the bedrooms as well as a large garden with private pool. Pool heating can be offered on request against an extra fee. Child protection gates will be provided on request at no additional cost. Enjoy the Algarve's warm evenings at the cozy dining table or lounge set in the shade of the large tree that overhangs the corner of this well kept garden. The villa has 5 bedrooms and extra sofa beds in the game room: - 2 double bedrooms on the first floor with family bathroom - 2 king bedrooms on the second floor with ensuite bathrooms - 1 bunk room on the second floor - 2 sofabeds in the games room on the ground floor The villa sleeps max 8 adults + 2 children under 12.
