House with a music studio in a quiet forest village

The house is located in the most environmentally friendly area of the Moscow region, in a quiet village surrounded by forest, 2 km from the roads and the nearest settlement. The house is prepared for the following guests: - families with children – up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children); - 2...3 adults. The space Please read carefully: I live in the house with my son permanently and rent it out for a short period only because I am going on vacation. I rent it out inexpensively (the system does not allow me to set the price lower than five hundred rubles per day), and if you agree to stay here, you will have the following responsibilities: - cook food for dogs once every two...three days. Two beagles - a boy and a girl. They live in an aviary, they will need to be let out for a walk on the property. They are not aggressive at all, they like to have fun and mess around on my property. - There are two cats living in the house - they are fed dry food. They mostly walk around, come home to sleep and eat. They like to sleep in the bed, so if someone doesn't like it, they can be sent to sleep outside:) Feed the chickens with mixed fodder once every two days, and pour them water. Water the greenhouse depending on the weather once every 1...3 days (it takes no more than half an hour). Guests will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. The chickens lay eggs, and there are cucumbers in the greenhouse - this is free for guests. Cats and dogs are vaccinated, treated for parasites, I strictly monitor this. The first floor is available for guests (we do not use the second floor) In the living room there is a double sofa and a large orthopedic mattress 180x200 cm, in the studio there is a single sofa, there is also a folding bed with a mattress. The children's playroom has a sports corner for adults - yoga mats, an inclined bench, dumbbells (free of charge). In the storage room on the second floor you can find many different toys. In the music studio, you can use the instruments carefully. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Hot water, fridge, air conditioning. The house has a boiler for heating hot water – 150 liters. There is a children's playground and a place for a fire outside. There is an inflatable boat, fishing rods - you can use them. There is Wi-Fi with a decent speed.
