It is private and built as an entertainment house for all ages. Sunsets, sports, swimming, Steam room, , billiards , guests will have access to all of the private amenities with the help of caretaker on site. Other things to note NB- ELECTRICITY is a challenge. we have ishterak and a ups (lights only not ACs) system but even then it is still a challenge. A private generator can be rented for $70/day plus fuel consumption.
