This newly built studio is ideal for couples, two friends, or even a small family. It features a double bed, a sofa that converts into a bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave, a private bathroom, washing machine, smart TV, and thoughtful extras like a hair dryer, iron, and toiletries. Enjoy your coffee on the front balcony or unwind in the quiet, green back garden. Just steps from your door, you’ll find a supermarket, bakery, and a cozy café — all within a minute’s walk.
