Guesthouse in the North Frisian countryside

The house where the farmer used to live with his family has been converted into a comfortable apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen downstairs, overlooking the meadows and the Wanswert church. The apartment is in personal style and fully furnished. Where possible, we have used second-hand furniture. Together with the piano and comfortable wood stove, a pleasant living climate is created. The apartment has a cozy private garden around it, a private front door and lots of privacy. The space The apartment offers tranquility, space and privacy. In addition to the spacious living room with open kitchen, downstairs there is a large bedroom with double bed and in the hallway the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with twin beds (for 2 people) and a smaller room with 2 single beds. There are books and games available and excellent WiFi throughout the apartment. On three sides of the apartment, you have unobstructed views. Garden furniture is available and you can use a BBQ. You are always the only tenant of the apartment, with more than 2 people, the costs for the extra guests are calculated per person per night. The apartment can accommodate 6 people. Guest access The apartment and the adjoining garden are exclusively for you as a tenant. You share the driveway with the host who lives in the house at the back. There is parking for 2 extra cars, a third car can possibly be parked along the road. In the apartment, you have access to all facilities (living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet). Depending on the number of paying guests, bedrooms with freshly made beds are available, in consultation with you. We also provide towels and kitchen linens for you. Other things to note Our place is also called "Wraldsein", which means end of the world in Frisian. The apartment is located about 4 km outside the village of Hallum and can be reached by car or bicycle. The village has a supermarket and 2 eateries. In the nearby Stiens, there are all the major supermarkets, a number of shops and restaurants. Leeuwarden is about 16 km away and has a lot to offer, also in the field of art and culture. Hallum is close to the Wadden coast, in nearby Holwerd the ferry goes to Ameland. Washing machine and dryer are available in adjacent house and can be used on request.
