This apartment for 6/8 people will seduce you with its exceptional location, practicality, and amenities. It is fully equipped and has a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, espresso machine, kettle, washer-dryer, induction cooktop... The living room opens onto a balcony with a great view of Lake Tignes, whatever the season. The living room sofa is convertible into a double bed according to your needs. You have access to Orange TV and Wi-Fi in the apartment. The apartment has: - a master bedroom with window overlooking Rue de la Poste, a shower room with shower and sink. - one cabin bedroom with bunk beds. - a cabin bedroom with a double bed. You have a bathroom with shower and toilet. At the entrance, a large closet and a ski boot dryer is available to leave with warm feet in the morning! At the foot of the building, you will find a supermarket, shops, ski schools, (ESF), ski rental shops, restaurants etc... The Maison de Tignes Le Lac, the ski lift ticket offices, the Le LAGON aquatic center and the TIGNESPACE sports center are just a stone's throw from the residence. The resort shuttle stops are also close to the apartment. Shuttles are free and serve the winter and summer resorts. Please note that parking is mandatory in Tignes. They are paid in winter - remember to book in advance on the official website of the Tignes resort and choose LAC3. They are free in summer, you don't need to book. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We only accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday during the winter and summer seasons. For all reservations for winter 25/26, and made after March 1, 2025: Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Your beds will be ready upon arrival for optimal comfort from your first day. For bookings on winter 24/25, linen and cleaning are not included. But they are available as an OPTION upon request. For all summer bookings: The end of stay cleaning is included. Linen is optional: 30 euros per single bed and 40 euros per double bed - the beds are made for your arrival. Bathroom linens are included in the linen option. In summer, you benefit from MyTignes cards at a preferential rate (sending a partner code upon request). A small ski locker is available on the ground floor of the building. We do not accept pets, even small ones. Parties are not allowed. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Thank you
