Luxurious quality linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Blockout blinds in both bedrooms and privacy blinds in the living room. Spacious balcony with dining table and lounge chairs for that morning coffee or sundowners. Complimentary tea and coffee pods. Large smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, lots of games and a library to peruse! Fully equipped laundry with Bosch washing machine, dryer, and iron. Reverse cycle air conditioning in each room. A porta-cot or highchair can be supplied if required. Private access to the pristine infinity pool is via swipe tag. One secure undercover parking space under the complex with lift access to the apartment. (Maximum vehicle height is 2.2M) Access to the building, pool, garage, and lift is by using a swipe tag and the apartment with a key. Please note there will be a $250 replacement fee if the keys are lost or not returned. Strictly no more than 4 guests, and the apartment is definitely a no-smoking area, including the balcony. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will apply if smoking has occurred. Guest access You will have full secure access to the pool, basement garage for free parking (one allocated car space and visitor parking) and the apartment via lift.
