Apartment on the island

The maisonette apartment is located in a very remote, quiet corner of the city. But, nevertheless, there is a baker with a "Tante Ema Laden" about 300 m away. There is also a butcher about 600 m from the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor. To the left and right of the apartment is the beautiful river Rot, which then flows into the Danube. A playground is about 200 m from the apartment.
