The space aMatalasviñas is a unique space in the best area of Piedralaves, where you can rent either the entire property or each house independently. The homes have a separate entrance from the street, spacious terraces and a landscaped setting with spectacular views of the Tiétar Valley and the Sierra de Gredos. The chalet is located in a quiet setting, surrounded by nature and just a 5-minute walk from the center of Piedralaves. The Garganta el Nuño Cojo and the Charca la Nieta are very close, perfect for enjoying natural swimming in summer. Piedralaves is a charming village with traditional stone and wood architecture, cobblestone streets and an atmosphere full of history. It was a pioneer in tourism in the Tiétar Valley, with outdoor activities such as hiking, horseback riding, hunting and fishing, as well as a lively local life with popular festivals, marching bands and a wide range of cuisine. Guest access Important information: Guests have a peaceful garden with views of the valley or the mountains, several areas with grass and trees, 4 large brick barbecues at their disposal, one for each house, and a large pool (50 m2) exclusively for our guests, available when the weather permits until the end of September. During your stay We like to personally greet our guests to give them a warm welcome, hand them the keys, and show them every corner of the house so they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. In addition, we provide you with comprehensive documentation with extensive information and practical tips about the area, such as recommended restaurants, places to visit and special spots that you can't miss. After check-in, guests enjoy complete independence, but we are always available by phone or message for whatever they need. Guests have 4 large built-in barbecues, one for each house, and a large swimming pool (50 m2) for the exclusive use of our guests, as long as the weather permits, until the end of September.
