We offer a modern, comfortable apartment in a quiet location with approx. 40 square meters, renovated and newly furnished in 2021, for 2+2 people. The apartment has its own entrance and parking. The beautiful sandy beach is about 15 minutes' walk. Our detached house is located in a particularly quiet cul-de-sac location. Other things to note Tourist tax: The municipality of Schwedeneck charges a tourist tax of EUR 2.50 per day per guest (from 18 years of age) from April 1st to October 31st of the year. This is to be collected by the landlord and transferred to the municipality. Tourist tax is not included in the AirBnB offer; it will be charged additionally.
