Villa Szilva Guesthouse in a frequented environment

Villa Szilva Guesthouse opened its doors in the spring of 2019. Its location is very frequented. It is located on Szilvásvárad "Rózsadombján", 400 m from the entrance to the Szalajka Valley, in the neighborhood of the Lipica Equestrian Museum and Tribalist. Dining is also available at Lipica Restaurant, which is also no more than 400 meters away. (Egri út 12.) Our guests also get a 10% discount here. We're also happy to help with organizing programs. The space Villa Szilva Guesthouse has 8 comfortable bathrooms. Each room comes with a private bathroom, free WiFi, LED TV, and free parking. The house has a well-equipped large shared kitchen with dining room and balcony. The guesthouse has a large garden from which we can walk out to Bükk National Park. In the garden, plum trees, evergreens, silk, wine cellar, cauldron/bacon oven, children's slide, sandbox make our stay even more pleasant. The guesthouse has the following room types: - 3 double rooms with en-suite - 1 double room with a double bed and a bathroom - 1 double mini apartment with en-suite, which can be made into an extra bed - 1 triple room with en-suite - 1 family room with 4 beds, single airspace, bathroom (extra bed available) - 1 family room with 4 beds, two airspace, bathroom (extra bed available) On the middle floor of the house is a spacious kitchen with all the necessary equipment and a dining room that our guests can use at the same time. They can enjoy their breakfast and dinner on the balcony that opens from here in the fresh air. Exiting through the back door, we go to the garden, where we created 2 covered sandals with leveling, tables, chairs, prep counter, sink, stove fire pit. There is also a slide and sandbox for the children, and we kindly recommend our small wine cellar to adults. Tip: As long as the moms are cooking and crawling around the fire, the dads are quatering in the basement and the kids are playing and running around in the garden.
