Want to recharge your batteries in the countryside close to the city… we welcome you to our old barn refurbished in industrial style. Ideal quiet place to relax with a private indoor jacuzzi with free access and a private heated pool (June to mid-September) as well. Bubble of 136 m2 including a large living room of 45 m2, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. 3 spacious bedrooms including a master bedroom. Fully air-conditioned accommodation with fiber optic internet The space There you will find the living room including the kitchen, dining area as well as a large sofa to relax on, a TV with a Netflix account. An arcade terminal is available with a very large number of games from old consoles (Sega, Nintendo, etc.) Right next door you can access the hot tub from the living room, it has 7 seats. Nearby bathroom with large shower, vanity and storage. Separate toilet. The floor serves 3 large spacious bedrooms, all with a dressing room and air conditioning, skylight with a curtain. One of the bedrooms has a shower as well as a vanity unit and a work area. There are children's tables and chairs as well as some games and books. Separate toilet. A private terrace is accessible from the living room with garden furniture and a barbecue with a view overlooking the canal, a field that leads to the pool (new pool this summer of 4.88 x 4.88 by 1.20 m with adjoining terrace. (small goal and badminton game are available.) Private parking. Electric car charging station just 2 minutes away. We offer linen rental so you can enjoy beds made on arrival (sheets, towels and bathrobes). Small very quiet village 15 minutes from the city of Reims to discover the large Champagne Houses, the cathedral... and only a few kilometers from the vineyard. You have access to a new playground in the village, a swing is being installed as well as a small space for aromatic plants is in preparation :) Guest access Private parking for up to 3 cars. Other things to note We are on a quiet street, noise is not tolerated after 10 p.m. in order to respect the neighborhood. No parties or events allowed. You have basic amenities on site for your arrival (salt, pepper..., dishwashing liquid, sponge, toilet paper and coffee pods). We live on the same street so we are available for any problems.
