Welcome to your own little oasis by Lake Nisser, a peaceful holiday home with a private beach, private jetty, and a view that will make your shoulders drop. Start the day with a cup of coffee on the jetty. Here you can swim right from the plot, fish, paddle or just enjoy the silence. Rowboat, canoe, kayak and SUP board can be freely used by our guests Guest access The entire property (one room on the 2nd floor is locked as a storage). Other things to note Rowboat, canoe, kayak and SUP board can be freely used during the stay of our guests. - One of the bedrooms is facing the road. There may be some traffic noise at times. - The water level in Nisser varies throughout the season, this can affect how big the beach is. - TV does not have all streaming services. Bring your own HDMI cable if you want to use your own device. Have an Xbox 360 with some games at your disposal. - Mobile coverage 4G from Telenor and Telia works great. No WIFI at the property. - Fireplace is ready for use. Firewood is included. Open fireplace in the living room cannot be used (only the one in the kitchen). - Parking on private property. - We reserve the right to refuse bookings that seem unusual or unclear. This is the place for you who want to relax with views, water, nature and comfort in the heart of beautiful Telemark. Whether you want to swim, fish, grill, use a rowboat or just relax with good views, you have everything right outside the door. There are two berths at the jetty used by family members of the owner. They are not on the property otherwise, but it may happen that they come down to get their boats, especially on nice days. This rarely happens and does not interfere with the use of the area for you as guests.
