Room for two, walking distance to ValMez centre

For guests who prefer staying with locals, we offer accommodation in a spacious, airy, and bright room on the ground floor. We can comfortably accommodate three guests. Restaurants are nearby, but you can also cook for yourself; our kitchen is open to you. We have three children and four cats, and we look forward to making you feel at home. No vans on the road, only family houses in the neighbourhood. Anyone who loves cycling, swimming or walking will be satisfied with local activities offer. The space The room with a double bed and a single bed is on the ground floor, close to the living room with a TV and a shared kitchen. Across the hallway is a toilet and bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The room doors are not lockable, but we do not lock our own rooms either. The exception is my husband's study, where he runs his law practice. The family has a second toilet and bathroom on the first floor of the house. The room serves as a study for the children during the school year and as a guest room on weekends, holidays and vacations. For short stays, it is easy to accommodate guests even during the school year. Guest access The house has a large garden with mature trees, several benches, a terrace, and garden furniture. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for small and large cooking. The living room has a TV, which is used more as a home theater for watching movies, and the children sometimes play Xbox games on it. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom facilities on the ground floor are shared, but the family has a second bathroom upstairs, where there is also a second toilet. During your stay I always look forward to welcoming guests. I am happy to advise on where to go on a trip or shopping, or where to eat well in the city. We live in the house, so we will meet in the common areas. The degree of privacy and contact usually depends on the guest's preferences. Our children are older now, they are at school during the day and spend their afternoons doing their own things. Other things to note We have three male cats—Mikeš, Flíček, and Zrzek—and a female cat named Luna. Our cats are house-trained and do not enter the guest room. They usually sleep indoors at night and spend the day outside. My husband runs a law office on the ground floor of the house. There is another guest room for one guest on the first floor of the house. In the summer season, we also offer a mini-house in the garden for rent.
