independent house in the heart of the Lyons forest

Located in Normandy in the country of Bray, in a small village with all amenities, our cottage is close to Lyons the forest, surrounded by the beautiful forest of Lyons and 30 minutes from the forest of Eawy on the road to Dieppe. Forges les Eaux with its casino, the racecourse is nearby. Rouen, medieval town 1/2 hour, Paris 1h30, Deauville 2 hours... You'll love my place because of the calm, the country atmosphere (rooster singing, etc.). Ideal for a couple who love nature, its pleasures and its assets. The space The house is located in a property in which there are animals, a nice old shepherd dog who likes to welcome new visitors, cats and also chickens who live in freedom and sleep behind the house in the trees. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The bedroom is under the attic and furnished with a double bed (140 x 200), a single bed (100 x 200) and wardrobe and dressers for storage. Both bathrooms have an Italian shower, basin and wc. The large enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture and barbecue will allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful summer days. Other things to note The indicated rate is for 2 travelers and one room, if you want the second room for 2 travelers you are asked for an additional 10 euros. If you are 3 travelers sharing a single room, the rate is the same as for 2 travelers.
